APHASIA-USED TO BE KNOWN AS DYSPHASIA
ADAPT welcomes people with speech problems.
If necessary, we have a laptop computer to make communication with other members easier.
To date, speech defects are the least understood for the embarrassing effects experienced and for the least awareness of how to respond.
Awareness, especially at Reception Desks of public places, needs to be raised. Schools also need to have a better understanding.
ADAPT can help you achieve to make Mid Devon a better place for speech impediment children and adults.
